Standard forwarding to an eligible UK mobile or landline. Premium-rate, international and unusual destinations are excluded.
Voicemail to your inbox
Missed calls and messages arrive as email, so a voicemail you can't get to on site is still readable later.

Already have a landline number?
We can usually port an existing UK geographic number across, so the number on your signage and your customers' phones stays the same. Porting is quoted per number because the losing provider sets the fee — send us the number and the current provider and we'll come back with a figure and a date.

Do I need a handset or an office line?
No. There’s nothing to install and no line to rent. The number lives with us and forwards to a phone you already own.
What does a call cost me?
The monthly fee includes 100 forwarded standard UK minutes. Additional minutes are 6p excluding VAT each. Premium-rate, international and unusual destinations are excluded, and call charges are calculated monthly.
Can more than one person answer it?
Yes. Calls can ring two phones in sequence, or hunt down a short list until someone answers. Tell us the order you want and we'll set it up.
Is the number mine if I leave?
The number is held for your business and is portable — if you move to another provider we'll release it under the normal porting process rather than making it difficult.
