Email questions
Can you move my existing email across?
Yes, and it's the normal way people join us. We copy every message, folder and contact into the new mailbox, let you check it, then change the DNS at a quiet hour. Your old provider keeps running until you're happy.
Will I lose any messages?
No. Nothing is deleted anywhere — mail is copied, not moved, and both mailboxes accept deliveries during the cutover window so nothing bounces.
Can I keep using Outlook on my laptop?
Yes. Standard IMAP and SMTP means Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, iPhone and Android all work. We send the settings and will set the first device up with you on a call if you'd rather.
What if someone joins or leaves?
Ask us and we'll create or close the mailbox the same working day, forward the old address wherever you want it to go, and adjust your billing pro-rata.
