Filtering that stays tuned
Spam, phishing and virus scanning on the way in and out. If something important gets caught, tell us and we'll fix the rule.
Deliverability set up properly
SPF, DKIM and DMARC written correctly the first time, so your invoices and quotes land in inboxes rather than junk.
Migration done by hand
Standard IMAP mail and folders copied across and checked before cutover. From £90; included on Presence Professional and Business when eligible after technical review. Calendars and contacts are not carried by IMAP.
Encrypted, UK-facing
TLS in transit, IMAP and SMTP over secure ports only, and optional record and mailbox backups on Business.

If you need a domain and mail together, a plan is cheaper than buying the pieces. Extra mailboxes on any plan are £5.40 each per month.

Email questions
Can you move my existing email across?
Yes. Standard IMAP mail migration is included on Presence Professional for up to 5 mailboxes and Presence Business for up to 10, subject to a technical review. Calendars, contacts, tasks, shared mailboxes and complex Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace moves are quoted separately.
Will I lose any messages?
We copy rather than delete source mail and include one delta sync within 48 hours of cutover. We confirm the access, source-platform and DNS requirements during review, as no migration can honestly guarantee that a faulty or inaccessible source contains every message.
Can I keep using Outlook on my laptop?
Yes. Standard IMAP and SMTP means Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, iPhone and Android all work. We send the settings and will set the first device up with you on a call if you'd rather.
What if someone joins or leaves?
Ask us and we'll create or close the mailbox the same working day, forward the old address wherever you want it to go, and adjust your billing pro-rata.
