No. Setup, migration, DNS, SSL and renewals are all done for you. If you can send an email, you can run your online presence with us.
Yes — a genuine UK 01 or 02 geographic number, held for your business, that behaves exactly like a landline to anyone calling it. Calls are forwarded to whichever mobile or landline you choose, and you can change the destination yourself at any time.
No. We copy everything across and test it before anything changes. Your old provider stays live until you've seen it working here, and we schedule the DNS cutover for a quiet hour.
You do, once the higher-rate period ends. On We Build & Manage plans the first 12 months carry the higher monthly rate, which covers the build. After that the fee drops to the ongoing rate and full ownership of the design, code and content passes to you, so you can take the files and leave on normal notice. Leave before that date and a one-off Early Exit Buy-Out applies — Essential Site £400–£700, Premium Site £800–£1,600, scaled to the original build. Your domain, mailboxes and business number are transferable throughout either way.
The same price, unless we tell you well in advance and explain why. Domains renew at £14.99 a year for standard .uk and .com, exactly what you paid first time. Premium extensions, restorations and registry price changes are the only exceptions, and they're quoted before we act.
Yes. Plans are monthly with no contracts (annual billing runs to the end of its term). Domains are registered in your name, and we'll issue the transfer code from your client area whenever you ask.
